IMO, there is not an active community hear at apache for it. Thus, it should be moved to the Attic. If Jonas and others want to fork it and move it to github or someplace and continue working on it, they are more than welcome to, but the community hear is non-existent. Thus, I stand by the original vote of moving it to the Attic.
