If I'm not supposed to be in the ws group, thats cool too, I just want to know how people would normally manage a release not being in that group.

Could someone put me in the ws group on people.apache.org? I am doing
the release now for XmlSchema, but I need to be in the ws group to do
things like update the KEYS file.
