Hi, Releases cannot be vetoed. A -1 is a vote plus reasoning for the release manager to weigh, and whether to cut a new RC is your call. See "Votes on package releases" further down the voting page you already read.
The vote passed, and the release stands. All three findings are next-release items. If a -1 comes in on a future vote, just note in the RESULT why you are going ahead anyway.
