1. 3rd party branding: We've asked IBM to rephrase such mentions to comply with ASF branding. They will correct it soon. 2. Decision-making channels: Yes, even though we use GitHub Discussions and sync meetings for informal discussion, all important decisions are actually made on the dev@ mailing list (or at least summarized there). We make sure to follow Apache’s transparency norms by moving or logging outcomes on the dev list for the record. 3.
