Hi,

Thank you for putting together such a detailed graduation preparation.

From the IPMC’s point of view, the proposed initial PMC Chair and PMC members
look good. There are just a couple of small points to address.

Please list the affiliations for the proposed initial PMC members. The IPMC
needs this information to check for diversity and vendor-neutrality.

Please double-check that external distribution channels and community accounts
do not describe themselves as “official ASF” distributions or accounts. Only
the ASF distribution system and the mailing list are official channels. For
instance, your website says "Follow us on WeChat! Follow the official account
“HugeGraph” to get the latest news” - WeChat is not an official ASF
communication channel.

Please also ensure that non-Apache GitHub organisations or repositories that
use the HugeGraph name [2] are archived so they cannot be confused with the
official Apache repositories. I think this blocks graduation. This is also a
branding issue here [3]

Recent activity shows the project is responsive and engaged, but most
contributions and reviews come from a small group. For the graduation
discussion, please briefly explain how the project is working to involve more
people and rely less on a few contributors. Right now, it seems that only a few
people are making most of the commits.

Your documentation [1] appears out of date because it lists a last modified
date of December 30, 2022. I guess that's the date each page was updated? This
could be confusing for users.

Kind Regards,
Justin
