Thanks for your interest. It’s great to see you want to participate. The
6-month review is intentionally lightweight and informal. It is not an
evaluation, and you do not need to score yourselves or strictly apply metrics.
The intent is for the PPMC to reflect on how things are going so far: what is
working well, what has been harder than expected, and whether you would like
any support from mentors or the wider Incubator community.
Mentors are welcome to help if it is useful, but they do not need to drive the
process. If the PPMC is comfortable drafting the review yourselves, that is
fine. Just so you know, the templates are provided as guidance, not as
requirements to be completed rigorously or in full.
If it helps, you can:
- write a short narrative using the template as a prompt
- skip sections that do not feel relevant yet
- treat the metrics as descriptive rather than something that needs adjustment
The goal is reflection and shared understanding, so go for it.
