Hi Dave,
Yes, that page looks to be out of date/has not been updated since this process
changed. There is no longer any need for a NOTICE email to be sent, so that
template can be removed.
The correct sequence should be:
1. Private vote on the podling’s private list.
2. Invitation email to the nominee (before adding them).
3. Acceptance reply.
4. Add to podling roster (which will notify the IPMC)
This page [1] also needs similar updates re NOTICE emails.
