Checked the following:
- Download release artifacts
- Check the tag and last commit ID
- Compare checksums and PGP signatures of source and binary packages
- Extract source and binary packages,  source package has correct name
- LICENSE and NOTICE files are correct

One suggestion for future source packing, those .* files, such as .idea and
.github can be excluded from the source package.
