- Mentor Handbook [1] - A consolidated guide covering all aspects of mentoring, including expectations, cultural guidance, and key references. This basically collates all training material together, - Who Does What [2] - A concise overview clarifying the responsibilities of PPMCs, Mentors, IPMC members, and the ASF Board. - Common Myths About the Incubator [3] - Clears up common misconceptions about the incubator. - Why Governance Matters [4] - Explains why transparent governance and oversight are essential to healthy Apache communities. - Incubator Reporting Guide [5] - Practical advice for writing honest and effective monthly reports. - Practising The Apache Way [6] - Real-world scenarios showing how ASF values like consensus and community over code apply in practice. The Incubator Training website has been updated with new content and improved navigation. It now includes: - A master resources page [7] that lists all training materials grouped by area. - A stage-based page [8] that organises resources by where they fit in the incubation journey, from onboarding and early incubation through to graduation. These improvements make it easier to find, share, and apply Incubator learning materials. As always, feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Please share these as needed with podlings. Some of these were developed in response to recurring issues seen across podlings. For example, the Reporting Guide was created after assisting several podlings that needed help improving their reports.
