Hi, To give some additional background, adding a committer in a podling follows the same steps as in a TLP. However, this process also shows that the community can follow ASF principles with mentor support. The PPMC Guide highlights the importance of open discussion, transparency, and mentor involvement for this reason. It is designed specifically for the Incubator to help podlings learn to self-govern before they graduate.
