Hi,
I’ve been working on a set of case studies that examine the experiences of a
dozen podlings and projects within the Incubator. [1] These are intended to
capture lessons learned, both successes and challenges, that may be useful for
current and future podlings, mentors, and the broader community.
I was not the mentor on most of these projects, so it would be helpful if
mentors (or others closely involved) could review them and correct any
mistakes, add missing context, or flag areas that might require clarification.
Note, however, that some information has been deliberately left out.
The case studies currently cover: Airflow, ECharts, Iceberg, MXNet, NetBeans,
OpenWhisk, Pinot, Pulsar, RocketMQ, SkyWalking, Superset, and Zipkin.
Please feel free to make edits directly, feedback on- or off-list is also
welcome.
