Average length of time in incubation is a clue to finding a fair time limit to
Incubation. Four or five years seems reasonable to me, what does your data tell
you? Have we ever seen a podling that old graduate? (Im not counting ones like
Pony Mail which are exceptions worth discussing in another thread.)
