+0 (binding) I checked: - incubating is in the name - signature and checksum are good - DISCLAIMER is present in the source distribution - LICENSE and NOTICE look good in the source distribution. NB: I don't think javax.annotation-api should be in the LICENSE as we don't copy code from there. Runtime dependency should not be listed in LICENSE from the source distribution (it should be in the LICENSE of the binary distribution). Same about NOTICE regarding javax.annotation-api - ASF header is not present everywhere. For instance, wayang-applications/README.md, wayang-ml4all/README.md, ... don't have the header. For csv and input files, it's acceptable. - No binary found in the source distribution
I suggest fixing LICENSE, NOTICE (about javax.annotation-api) and README.md files (about missing ASF header) (in this release or in the next one).
