Apache HertzBeat (Incubating) entered the Apache Incubator on April 5, 2024. After over a year of incubation and development, HertzBeat has grown into a vibrant and healthy community, with 275 contributors and a steadily growing user base. The project has: • Added 13 new committers, three of whom have become PPMC members. • Completed five Apache releases with different release managers, all of which comply with ASF release and distribution policies. • Built a strong and active open-source community with 275 contributors. • Collaborated in an open and transparent manner via mailing lists, GitHub Issues, and GitHub Discussions. • There are no branding issues, and the website complies with ASF policies. Maturity Validation: We have prepared a maturity model demonstrating our readiness for graduation [2]. Community Governance: We have confirmed the initial PMC membership and nominated a chair via the private list. Community Consensus: We initiated a discussion [3] and a community vote [4][5] on graduation, and the community reached a consensus to proceed.
