Hi, A few comments on this vote.
1. The community vote should include a check list of what the voters verified in the release. Typically this list has about 10 items including verifying that the artifact can be unpacked, that the signatures can be verified, that the checksums are correct, the source builds properly, the tests complete without errors, etc. 2. Vote emails must include the voters' ASF committer ids. 3. Community votes need to be summarized in a [VOTE][RESULT] message including the number of PPMC votes separated from non-PPMC votes. 4. The vote request for the Incubator also needs to include the checklist from #1 above. 5. It is strongly recommended that the Mentors of the project cast their votes to minimize the number of non-project IPMC votes needed. I hope this message can advise completing this vote successfully.
