>From 1.11.0-RC1, we updated the NOTE by adding the "incubating" for the project. We also renamed the files, removing the "rc" from the file names. The Apache ResilientDB community has voted on and approved a proposal to release Apache ResilientDB (Incubating) version 1.11.0-RC1.
