Thank you Justin to make this clear.

I've already contacted the contributors I can reach to suggest that they file 
ICLAs. I'll compile a complete list of contributors who hold ICLAs once they've 
submitted them. I'll also update the status of IP clearance and provide updates 
in this thread later.
