It's a bit unusual to look at "future development potential.” Committer status 
should be awarded on merit, i.e. based on what someone has done, not on what 
they might do in the future.

I’d still be interested in knowing the company affiliation of these initial six 
committers and why the currently “largest" committer was omitted. If all of the 
committers are from the Ant Group, that is not an issue, but it does mean more 
work will need to be done during Incubation to make a more diverse PMC.
