Hi,

This continues [1][2].

I'd propose to update "Project Name" section in the New Podling Proposal
template [3] as below:

<quote>

## Project Name

Describe what has been done to check that the name of the project is
suitable and if the project has legal permission to continue using its
current name. Also, indicate if the wide use of the name is likely to
confuse who owns the project or branding issues in the future.

Note that the Apache Brand Management Committee defines a [naming process](
https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/naming.html#namesearch) to finish
this section in a convenient manner as "The project name is approved by VP,
Apache Brand Management as in PODLINGNAMESEARCH-XXX".

For example,

* Apache GraphAr is approved by VP, Apache Brand Management as in
PODLINGNAMESEARCH-221.
* Apache Hunter is rejected by VP, Apache Brand Management, as in
PODLINGNAMESEARCH-228. A proper name should be determined before graduation.
