Hi, If contacted via email, I usually include the cookbook link and links to other policies or pages depending on what I think the project may have an issue with; for some, that branding; for others, that’s releases; for others, community building.
But it has often started as a face-to-face conversation at a conference, where I can explain in more detail how the ASF and Incubator work.
