Also, links must not use dist.apache.org. That is only intended for staging. Sigs and hashes must use downloads.apache.org, and source/binary artifacts must use closer.lua Furthermore, snapshot versions must not be published on a download page for the general public. They are only to be advertised to developers who have been made aware of the risks involved in using them.
