Hi Apache Incubator folks, Proposing a new project: Hunter.
Hunter is a tool that detects statistically significant changes in time-series data stored either in databases or CSV files. It is designed to be easily integrated into build pipelines and provide automated performance analysis that can decide whether code should be deployed to production. It is a young project with already good diversity, and a valued user base, and is well positioned for the advantages that belonging in the ASF would bring.
