An ICLA would indicate individuals own the work, but typically companies own the work produced by their employees (at least here in the US, YMMV). Looking at the contributors [1] assuming the top contributors work for Selectdb and have no intention of becoming committers to Doris then we may not expect it. Typically SGA is indicative of this approach, and CCLA is really just an OK from the company to make them committers. One of the top contributors shows as a member of Selectdb, the other appears to be have joined github within the past month but have contributions dating back a year so I'm guessing also works for Selectdb.
