The contents of the SHA256 link are not in the standard format
expected by automated checkers.

The  'Sign' link downloads a file in UTF-16 format, and are actually a
SHA256 hash for a different file entirely.
The word 'Sign' is not applicable; it should probably be 'Signature'.
Also a signature file requires a KEYS file for verification.
In this case, the Sign link should probably be dropped.

It's also confusing that the download box is headed "GitHub        v1.9.0"
