+1 (binding) I checked - Files have the word incubating in their name. - Checksums and signatures are valid. - DISCLAIMER,LICENSE and NOTICE files exist. - No unexpected Binary Files. - LICENSE and NOTICE files look good to me. - Build from source with `make`
One suggestion: the license information can be conveyed in the LICENSE file, not the NOTCIE file. This is not a release blocker for such an incubating release.
