I have seen several instances where initial committers send ICLAs to secretary
with this text:
Hello Apache,
I am willing to contribute to the ASF. The attachment is my ICLA
information. My Github account is :
This is bad. Most of the ICLAs do not have sufficient information to allow
secretary to process the forms and create the new accounts.
Where is this information? How can we improve it so that submitters include:
full residence address
full name
proper requested ASF id
podling name
signature (not script font)
date
We really can do better, but we have to have better documentation.
