I tend to do not introduce external people that are not inside the trusted one, because this means that they did not enough works, otherwise they was already in. We try to rewards people that make the works and help us. Therefore, I was thinking that maybe the 3th member could be one inside the Apache organizzation that can supervise all the works that we propose and give to use some of the Apache vision. Cheers!
