There are some License related issues we need to address
1. We need to specify the third-party code we include in the source
artifact in the License file.
2. It's good that we list the bundled backend third-party libraries'
Licenses in the binary release License files. Still, we need to choose
the License if the third-party libraries have multiple Licenses.
Please check for more information here[1] if you are not sure
which kind of License we could use in the Apache project.
3. We don't list the front-end js third-party libraries License.
Please check the nodes license tool to record this information.
There is a minor typo in the NOTICE file, "form" should be replaced
with "from".
