Thanks John for your interest in submitting your code to the ASF and building a project team to maintain and release it.
You might want to read the Incubator Cookbook [1] to become acquainted with the processes we use. The Pekko Proposal [2] is an example of a project that was accepted to become an Incubator podling. Would you be able to share your source code with us so that we can have a look at it? All I found was a web site describing your tools at a high level [3]. Do you have anyone else that has contributed code in the past and who would be interested in continuing? One of the key features of an ASF project is building a community.
