I would be glad to change the result from 12 +1 votes to 6 +1 votes if the rest 6 votes are invalid. Before that, I'd like to make sure whether the rest 6 votes are invalid or not. In the implications of voting[1], there's the statement of how to deal with someone's vote does not appear to meet the commitment.
