Which is absolutely no excuse for anther 3rd party to do so. The PPMC need to be managing its brand (which is why there is a question on it in every incubator report) and if you see something that isn’t following ASF trademarks you ned to report it to the PPMC and/or trademarks. I notice in your last report you said: ### Is the PPMC managing the podling's brand / trademarks? Yes. 3rd parties are using the podlings name and brand correctly. And the project name is approved. Clearly this is not the case. Issues like this will stop the project from graduating.
