Dave Fisher resolved INCUBATOR-208.

Resolution: Fixed
I've edited the page. I think I found and removed all the bad anchor links.
Using new /cookbook/podlings-xml.html page for examples.
Removed "graduating" interim status which is not known. Graduation is a point
in time and not an incubation statue.
