Hi Juan Having an English website and documents is not the same thing as the concerns mentioned above. I think the concerns are more about English discussion, decision making, open to process in English, etc.
Anyway, if you want to know more, I think it would be better to join the team as an unofficial mentor, you should be able to get more details.
