(https://superset.incubator.apache.org/), point by point, inline below. Much of 
this is addressed in new PRs merged in today. [I’m incrementing your annotation

PyPi is probably not be the primary way people install superset. It’s hard to 
say (we don’t have stats), but I would suspect GitHub is the main source. The 
logo has been updated via a new PR [6]. Should be all set now.

These should also be addressed now via a newly merged pull request [5][7]

We’ve included a blanket statement about trademarks in the footer of the 
website (following the pattern of other Apache TLPs). We hope this is 
sufficient, but let us know if you feel that’s not the case. This is also in 
one of the new PRs [5].
