Hi, The board is changing the way it reviewing reports and all report need to be submitted by the 13th, any report submitted past will be looked at the following month. So it’s important that podling reports are submitted on time, this month the dates are:
Wed May 06 - Podling reports due by end of day Sun May 10 - Shepherd reviews due by end of day Sun May 10 - Summary due by end of day Tue May 12 - Mentor signoff due by end of day Wed May 13 - Report submitted to Board The IPMC could consider doing the same as the board and saying any report submitted past May 6th will not be accepted this month. Every month we have reports submitted after the deadline and occasionally mentors don’t get time to sign them off. What do people think?
