We don’t really have any tutorials or training for mentors. It’s basically assumed that you know what to do because you are an ASF member and/or gone through the incubating process yourself. (Learning theory might have something to say on that, but that’s a discussion for another thread,) I would start with [1] (which is a little out of date) and more procedural, then take a look at some of the incubator talks given over the years.
