The Apache Zipkin community has voted on and approved a proposal to release Apache Zipkin Reporter (Incubating) version 2.8.3. We now kindly request the Incubator PMC members review and vote on this incubator release. Apache Zipkin Reporter (Incubating) is the component that send spans collected on the client-side to the Zipkin Server, via different kind of transports.
