The release vote finished, we got 4 (+1 binding) from Igansi, Sheng Wu, ShaoFeng Shi, Willem Jiang 1 (-1 binding) from Justin. 1 (+1 unbinding) from William Guo The vote passed. I am working on the further release process. For Justin mentioned about name not clear, I have given the explanation about the name of source tar with `-src.tar.tgz` suffix.
