As I said popular TLP projects tend to be copied and not checked if they comply 
with policy, it’s certainly not your project fault/issue, we have had similar
issues (on multiple occasions) with LICENSE and NOTICE files and more recently 
with project guidelines/bylaws.

We probably need to bring this up on trademarks to get sorted.
