Hi John I'm little confused. For the new incubating projects, it's make sense that the initial code should go through the SGA, and CLA thing. But if the code donation happens few month after the initial code transfer, do we still need to treat the project as a new projects?
I found there are some IP Clearance report in CXF(incubating) before it became the TLP. Willem Jiang Twitter: willemjiang Weibo: 姜宁willem On Thu, May 24, 2018 at 7:59 AM, John D.
