All, I'd like to propose a minor tweak to our email reminder for podling board reports. You can find the current template at [1].
We've seen an increasing trend of podlings including potential committer names in the report. The podling reports should not include potential committers/PPMCs, since those votes could fail. Therefore, I'd like to add a blurb "Your report should omit mentions to any potential committers, and instead mention that there are potential committers being considered." Thoughts?
