Hi Daisy, As the NOTICE file content is related to License. Current we need to go through the License and NOTICE file one by one.
But with the help of maven remote resources plugin[1] that we use, it's easy for us to setup the License and update the NOTICE file by looking up the DEPENDENCE file that the plugin generated. BTW, there are some NOTICE related discussion in the general mailing list recently. Please do not hesitate to ask the specific NOTICE question here.
