I'm asking our mentors to join this vote, expecting some of them joins. BTW, can we remove "rcX" from "x.y.z-rcX" on releasing "x.y.z" without voting when IPMC vote passed? Some of other incubator projects do so but I don't have confidence whether it's okay or not.
