Yukon, Cat-B means that your project is allowed to have a compile/runtime dependency on an unmodified version of that, but you are NOT allowed to include the source code, modified or not, into your project. The reason (at least in many cases) is that there are reciprocity in these licenses, such that if you make a change you must release that change under the same license or that modifications must be contributed back.
