All I think is needed is an email trail that indicates that the Grant needed some modifications and what the modifications were. The grant document contains a SHA hash for the zip so if you change the zip the grant may need the SHA hash updated. But hopefully it will be ok for folks to find an updated SHA hash in an email in the archives or maybe in the IP Clearance record itself.
