Hi Marvin,
As the report mentions, community growth/involvement is the most
important/only issue holding Blur back from graduating.  I think a key
ingredient to progress on this could be someone stepping up to give some
"Intro to Blur" presentations (or some other outreach) to get the name out
there as an alternative to the other two popular search systems, which has
only happened sporadically thus far.

I must have missed an IPMC discussion of an "up or out" push somewhere... I
think it's a fair nudge in any case.  I'll take it back to the Blur list
and see if we can come up with a plan either way...
