SystemML and Log4CXX are lacking Mentor signoff. It would be great if the SystemML Mentors could check in -- the report looks very nice to me.
As for Log4CXX, this is actually the report from last month, which was stripped out because it was lacking Mentor signoff at the time. The appropriate conversations have been happening and there's no point in stripping it out again. Instead, I'm inclined to include the Log4CXX report, but ask the podling to report monthly until they have active Mentors. Hopefully their Mentor situation will be resolved within the next month (Bill Rowe has volunteered, the community just has to rally), but we shouldn't let it fall off the IPMC's radar. Therefore, I've set the "monthly" attribute for them in podlings.xml.
