The following Mentor notes for ODF Toolkit have been added to the wiki:

  Nick Burch (nick):

Project has recently added a committer, which is good, but
otherwise the level
of activity remains too low. I've heard rumours of development happening
in private elsewhere, but unless that effort returns to the project and
activity improves, I think we're going to have to look at admitting defeat
    and retiring the podling soon.

ODF Toolkit will remain in "monthly" reporting, so a report is expected next
month. "Report fatigue", while understandable, is not an excuse. The
Board expects all TLPs to turn in meaningful reports that adequately
communicate the state of the community, even when not much is happening.

Upayavira signed off on the Wave report and added the following commentary:

  [x](wave) Upayavira
  [ ](wave) Christian Grobmeier

  Upayavira (upayavira):

As Marvin observed, I'm doubtful that Wave has the momentum to make
any significant change nor to progress towards graduation. The community
will need to meet some targets - the immediate one is to make a release
before the next board report is due.

I had previously deleted the report (which was pretty bare-bones) because it
was not signed off.

I plan to interpret Upayavira's signoff as fulfilling Wave's reporting
requirement for this cycle (even without the podling report text included in
the final) and will remove Wave from "monthly" reporting.

Marvin Humphrey
