Groovy does not have to report this month. When a podling enters incubation, it must report monthly for the first three months; after that, it reports quarterly. Groovy's first three months were April May and June, and then its first quarterly report was July. The next quarterly report will be due in October. Thanks for taking the initiative, Guillaume!
