I am one of the project mentors and I'd like to close the loop on the topic.
The twit went out inadvertently because of the mishaps with the software setup: basically wrong handle got used. The twit was deleted and we are moving the account under TweetDesk control to prevent stuff like this from happening in the future. Thanks for bringing this up to the PPMC!
